Injection molding custom services and parts - OEM&ODM oepin manufacturers and companies
There are three forms of blow molding: extrusion blow molding (EBM), injection blow molding (IBM), and injection stretch blow molding (ISBM). Each process has unique design advantages and is suitable for different product production.
Our technical services teams work closely with customers to develop an insider understanding of their part performance and budget specifications, helping them to choose the optimal injection-moldable plastic or composite from our comprehensive portfolio.
Our injection molding services revolve around:
Our extensive portfolio of injection molding materials
Mold expertise and design support
State-of-the-art prototyping and testing.
Injection Mold Tooling Options
We have multiple Injection Mold manufacturing capabilities and can meet a wide variety of needs.

1.Q: How do I know if injection molding is the right process for my product?
+
A: The geometry of the part, the amount of parts needed, your tooling budget and the application the part is being used for will all influence your decision to injection mold the part.
2.Q: What material should I use for my project?
+
A: Most material is application specific. If you don't have a material selected for your application, we can help and offer some guidance. Often several resins can be sampled but the customer has final approval before proceeding.
3.Q: What is the typical process of a new project?
+
A: We will evaluate your part design and modify it to be efficiently injection molded. Then, we will build the mold for the part. Next, your mold will be put into an injection molding press to make production parts. On average the entire process takes 6-8 weeks.
4.Q: Do you offer extended molding services such as assembly, packaging or decorating?
+
A: We can provide some standard packaging services. If you need to provide customized packaging, decoration, or assembly services, please contact us.
5.Q: How long does it take to build an injection mold?
+
A: 4-8 weeks on average, depending on the complexity and cavitations of the mold.
6.Q:What variables affect the cost of injection molds?
+
A:In terms of overall injection molding, the cost of a new mold, the cost of qualifying the mold (IQ/OQ/PQ) and the cost of the material (the plastic that will be molded) are the three largest cost variables. The larger and more complex the part, the higher the cost of the mold itself. Additionally, a larger mold may result in an increased cost per part due to the greater amount of material required to manufacture the part.
